Chef Day is a young culinary artist hailing from the Island of Haiti. At the age of 7 she immigrated to Miami, Florida. After growing up in Florida most of her life with some time spent studying in Nice, France. she decided to move to New York City at the age of 19 after only visiting the city twice. Lured by the bright lights, fast paced high energy and endless opportunities of the city it was then that she decided to dedicate her life pursuing culinary arts. Guided by her talent and insatiable curiosity for various culinary practices she then took an apprenticeship with Michelin Star Master Chef, Daniel Boulud where she studied at the helm of seasoned French chefs to refine her skills.
